- Yes. Sell by strip or by box from POS. Stock deducts in the unit you sold without manual entry.
- How do batch and expiry tracking work?
- Every receipt records a batch number and expiry date. Sales deduct from the right batch, with alerts before expiry.
- How do insurance claims work at checkout?
- Select the insurer and classify the medicine. The system splits the amount between patient and insurer and records the claim for follow-up and collection.
- Can I run home delivery and settle it with treasury?
- Yes. Delivery is enabled for pharmacies. Link the order to the sale, assign a driver, and settle fees and collection with treasury.

- نعم. بِع بالشريط أو بالعلبة من نقطة البيع. يُخصم المخزون بالوحدة التي بعتها دون تسجيل يدوي.

- كل استلام يُسجّل برقم دفعة وتاريخ انتهاء. عند البيع يُخصم من الدفعة المناسبة، مع تنبيهات قبل انتهاء الصلاحية.
- كيف تعمل مطالبات التأمين عند الصرف؟
- اختر شركة التأمين وصنّف الدواء. يقسّم النظام المبلغ بين المريض وشركة التأمين ويسجّل المطالبة للمتابعة والتحصيل.
- هل أستطيع تشغيل توصيل منزلي وتسويته مع الخزينة؟
- نعم. موديول التوصيل مفعّل للصيدليات. اربط الطلب بالبيع، عيّن المندوب، وسوّ الرسوم والتحصيل مع الخزينة.
